STS joined with member group Brooklyn Legal Services Corp A at a rally outside of 94 Franklin Ave!  

Due to illegal construction outside the building that blocked tenants' egress, DOB issued a vacate order, a stop work order, and other penalties to the landlord and contractor.  However, these tool has not been enough -- tenants still remain out of their home and the City has failed to get the landlord and contractor to obey the laws.
